PROJECTS

Chickahominy Falls
Greater Richmond’s first and only 55+ agri-community. Chickahominy Falls in Hanover County is a groundbreaking residential concept, blending farming with suburban living. 400 homes will be developed on about 150 acres, which will feature orchards, community gardens, riverside trails and more. The community will be anchored by a working farm that residents will support, a concept called “community-supported agriculture.” Everything will be woven together to celebrate healthy living, sustainability, and a deeper connection to the land.

Church Square
Church Square, a 55+ boutique community, is conveniently located in historic Smithfield, where local shopping, dining, marinas, and area parks are just a stone’s throw away. Smithfield has all the charm of a small town with neighboring Newport News just across the bridge. A one hour drive from Williamsburg and Virginia Beach, Church Square is the perfect place to enjoy the benefits of being close to everything in the quaint Isle of Wight area. The low maintenance lifestyle provides you the freedom to enjoy the community pool and clubhouse, local amenities or relax right in the comfort of your own home. The purchase of Church Square will provide major updates and additions to the existing community, as well as an additional 74 villa and paired homes.

Barley Woods
Fredericksburg’s first boutique 55+ active living community is unique. Barley Woods is big on amenities and a sense of community. There will be 124 maintenance free single-level homes, as well as a clubhouse, pool, fitness center, winter fireplace, summer fire pits, grilling areas, pocket gardens, and a park with a creek-side walking trail, exercise trail, dog park & orchard.

The Villas at Ashlake
Chesterfield’s most exciting 55+ active living community. A maintenance-free, age-restricted community, the Villas at Ashlake will feature 82 home sites and resort-style amenities such as a clubhouse, pool, fitness center and fully equipped gourmet kitchen. The Villas will also offer personal gardens where homeowners can get their hands in the soil, and grow anything from a salad course to a fresh cut centerpiece.
